You’ve never played V-Ball like this. Toss ideas back and forth with the mayor. Use the arrow keys to hit idea bubble. To spike the idea bubble, use the down key while the chair is raised. Keep Mayor’s Brainstorms up in the air. Don’t hit bubble more than 3 times per turn. Earn 11 points and win.
